Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of the GetFit iOS application. By downloading or using GetFit, you agree to them.

Not medical advice

GetFit provides general wellness and fitness information — fasting timers, nutrition targets, training logs, and coaching suggestions. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting, nutrition, or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell while fasting or training.

Subscriptions

GetFit Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID, offered in annual, quarterly, and monthly plans. The annual plan includes a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use GetFit only as permitted by law and these terms, and not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app. Your logged data is stored on your device; keeping a device backup is your responsibility.

Disclaimer of warranties

GetFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetFit and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injury resulting from exercise or dietary choices. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
