Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
GetFit is built to keep your data yours. This policy explains what the GetFit iOS app collects, where it lives, and the choices you have.
Your data stays on your device
Everything you log in GetFit — fasting sessions, protein and water intake, workouts, weigh-ins, habits, check-ins, and coach conversations — is stored locally on your iPhone. GetFit has no user accounts and no server of its own, and does not upload your logs anywhere. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Apple Health
If you choose to connect Apple Health, GetFit reads your step count and most recent weight, and writes your weigh-ins back to Health. This happens only with your explicit permission through Apple's Health permission screen, only on your device, and you can revoke access at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings. Health data is never transmitted off your device by GetFit.
Purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. GetFit never sees your payment details. Purchase management, refunds, and cancellation are handled in your App Store account settings.
What we don't do
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- No tracking across apps or websites.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to You → Privacy & data → Delete account & data to erase everything GetFit has stored, or simply delete the app. Data GetFit wrote to Apple Health can be removed in the Health app.
Children
GetFit is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
